In a dynamic environment with international goods procurement, 8,000 square metres of warehouse and Europe-wide distribution, you will find a varied task with a lot of design space.

In order to expand the team, we are looking for a logistics coordinator / forwarding buyer (m/w/d), who organizes the international goods flows and ensures that the goods arrive reliably in the warehouse and are delivered to the customers on time.

Import logistics: You coordinate entry of goods from international production sites, in particular by sea freight container and keep arrival dates and delivery status in sight Transport Disposition: You order freight forwarders and freight carriers and organize the timely delivery to customers in Germany and Europe Shipping Process: You agree delivery dates with warehouse, sales and customer service and take care of shipping documents and delivery documents Customs and documentation: You support import and export documents, customs processing and verification of relevant freight documents Goods management: You maintain goods movements, goods entry, stocks and transport costs in the ERP system and support stock planning Costs and quality: You check freight bills, track delivery delays and transport damage and help to optimize operations and logistics costs

Graduated commercial training, for example as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services, merchant for wholesale and foreign trade management (m/w/d) or comparable First to multi-year professional experience in logistics, forwarding, shipping processing, transport disposition or import/export logistics First contact points with international freight, sea freight containers, import documents or customs issues.
