Service Technician I (m/w/d)

The service technician at Mammotome is responsible for providing specialized service and repair support for medical technology capital goods. This position is part of the Global Service Organization in Quickborn/Hamburg and will be on site.

Diagnostics and repair of medical devices Complete the relevant documentation and update of the MRP system for all work carried out Implementation of all work in accordance with the procedures and legal regulations Support in the implementation of assigned secondary tasks Continuously give constructive feedback on process improvement Working with projects Implementation of decontamination of incoming capital goods

Electrical or mechanical design Experience required in the repair of electrical and/or mechanical systems or equivalent qualification Experience in the service and repair area for medical devices is preferred It would be advantageous if you also have experience in the following areas: First years of experience in a service/production environment are beneficial Good communication skills, both written and oral Willingness to travel around 10% with a mix of domestic and international sites Good English and German language skills
