Continuing Education Advisor for Higher Vocational Education and Training (m/f/d)

Advising trainees on courses or vocational courses of higher vocational training (e.g. specialist, master and business courses) Organization and implementation of professional online information events Operational planning and organisation of courses and practical courses in higher vocational training Coordination of the use of freelance lecturers in teaching for the associated training formats Participation in continuing vocational training events, such as alumni events and educational fairs Participation in the support of our MS team learning platform to ensure smooth teaching in presence, live online or hybrid Implementation of quality assurance measures, e.g. implementation of feedback talks and digital evaluations

completed commercial or commercial-technical vocational training as well as relevant professional experience, ideally complemented by professional training or study Knowledge in handling complex customer management programs (CRM systems, etc.) strong communication skills, sovereign, flexible and customer-oriented thinking and acting high motivation, a positive and result-oriented mindset and the willingness to cooperate with us in the success of the IHK further education Joy of customer advice and lifelong learning readiness to travel to all IHK training centres, in particular to the Bamberg and Hof locations (for business trips a vehicle from the IHK vehicle pool is provided)
