CNC boring machine construction (m/f/d)

Our customer is the world's leading industrial company in the field of industrial cranes / material handling solutions in Düsseldorf-Benrath. We are now looking for several CNC machining mechanic FR: Milling technology (m/w/d) for the production of steel and mechanical parts on CNC-controlled drills with industry surcharges for IG-Metallelectro-Tarif contract.

Create, optimize and customize CNC programs using technical drawings and lists. equip tools, measure and fit into tool lists. Set machining sequences and clamping. Very large components (partly up to 60 tons weight) align and clamp. Conduct drilling, milling and machining operations on CNC drilling machines. Measure finished parts, perform quality checks and make corrections for deviations. Create dimensional protocols and document tolerances.

Training as a machining mechanic (m/w/d) Experience with CNC drilling. Knowledge of Heidenhain control (in particular iTNC 530). Safe reading of technical drawings. Handling of measuring equipment and quality testing. Crane Ready for 2-shift work.
