With your experience, you support the internal IT team in IT security measures and actively contribute to the further development of our security standards (e.g. Tiering models, Zero Trust architecture, Priviledged Access/Identity Management). In doing so, you create and monitor security concepts, recommend appropriate measures, tools and processes and manage the administration and further development of our internal IT infrastructure (servers, clients, network). You secure a stable and secure IT operation (including 2nd and 3rd level support) and address planning, operation and monitoring of our backup and recovery solutions. You support the maintenance and further development of service-level agreements (SLAs), keeps system availability in mind and ensures reliable processing of incidents and service requests. You work closely with internal stakeholders and coordinate the coordination with external service providers. It is possible to take over leadership responsibility and actively shape the further development of the IT team.

You have a completed training as a specialist for system integration or a study in the IT field. In addition, you have at least five years of professional experience in IT system administration, ideally focusing on or touching IT security. Safe and routined handling of the administration of Azure, Intune, Active Directory, Autopilot and the Microsoft-365 environment. You have a very good understanding of IT security in the Microsoft-Azure environment and interest in topics related to DevOps and Cloud Security. IT projects are structured and solution-oriented and complemented by practical hands-on experience and the motivation to actively participate in the further development of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). A safe occurrence, pronounced communication strength and the ability to understand complex technical topics complete your profile.
