As part of the House of HR Group – a leading European-wide HR service group – the House of SOLCOM is looking for a structured personality as a sales assistant to further develop its subsidiary ibb house of engineering GmbH.

ibb house of engineering is a complete supplier in the field of CAD – from the design to the qualification and the qualified employee transfer of specialist:innen. With sound engineering, cross-industry experience and a sense of innovation, we develop tailor-made solutions for demanding development and construction projects. Our portfolio is complemented by practical CAD training.

You support the sales team in the day-to-day business and support structured and smooth processes. You are looking for incoming applications, knowing potentials and meeting a first selection of suitable candidates. You accompany candidate: within the first steps of the selection process. You coordinate the deployments of our external employees:inside and keep an overview of ongoing processes. You are reliable: contact:in for candidate:inside, employees:inside and customers. You act as a central interface between sales, customers and employees: inside and holding all threads together. You perform administrative and organizational tasks and ensure professional data and process management.

Professional training or comparable qualification, ideally experience in personnel service, sales or recruiting Security in the staff:internal management Experience in the handling of ANÜ contracts of advantage Structured and reliable operation, paired with organizational talent and communication strength
