''Commonly on'' - We support, advise and accompany children, young people and families with about 90 employees in the Evangelical Youth Aid. Our offers are outpatient and stationary aids, mainly in the districts Wandsbek and Hamburg-Nord. The basis of the work is the Children's and Youth Assistance Act (SGBVIII), which takes care as an educational aid or Inclusion aid. As a member of the outpatient team of social education professionals, you support the families in raising their children You accompany children and young people in their families to survive difficult family situations and to develop positively You accompany and support young adults in their own living space, to structure their everyday life and to lead an independent life You participate in weekly team meetings

You ideally have professional experience in the HzE field or youth work You work responsibly and structured with children, young people and their families You are capable of team, cooperation and communication, flexible and resilient You have knowledge of systemic work You have competence in creating documentation You have solid knowledge of the Children's and Youth Assistance Act (SGBVIII)
