You act as a contact person for our participants and accompany them as part of the preparatory courses for professional rehabilitation You conduct discussions on target agreements and the review of the achievement of individual rehabilitation and integration objectives In close cooperation with the multi-professional team, you will develop measures to support our participants You document the rehab process and conduct interviews and meetings in the multi-professional team to assess participants You regularly report to the Reha co-authors, agree and make recommendations

You have completed your studies in social education, rehabilitation education or social work; Alternatively you have a professional qualification with rehabilitation pedagogical additional qualification Proven knowledge of the labour market, different professions and the institutions involved in the rehabilitation process form the basis of your know-how. You have experience in managing meetings and are practiced in writing reports You are safe in handling MS Office applications and are ready to work into a Reha-specific management software You are characterized by a good ability to observe and evaluate as well as a high degree of social-communicative competence. Last but not least, you score with team skills and an independent, structured and careful way of working
