Number: MER0004085 Social counselling is an internal psychosocial advisory body for managers and employees within the Health and Safety area. Health&Safety is part of Health&Safety at Untertürkheim. We advise and accompany employees and managers on various psychosocial topics. We also carry out seminars and training and provide psychosocial emergency care in the acute case. We are involved in a department headed by the trade unions, in which occupational health and emergency medical care is ensured by other colleagues. We are looking for help in the psychosocial consultation of employees and coaching of executives. Your tasks in detail: With the help of the psychosocial consultation of employees and coaching of executives Help with training on psychosocial topics Administrative and conceptual tasks Acquisition of professional independent tasks The mandatory practice can begin from September 2026.

Course Social Work or Psychology Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Ready-to-use, team capacity, communication skills Analytical thinking and strategic working Basic knowledge/experiences in consulting Interest/recognization in consulting in the complex context of a large company Driving licence Kl. B Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
