We communicate, among other things, the company vision and strategy on different channels and accompany the further rollout and implementation process. During your internship, you'll be planning various internal platforms. To do this, you will accompany events and create, curate and edit editorial content for blog posts and newsletter articles. As part of the team, you take the graphical and content preparation and let your creative ideas flow into the design. You support us in carrying out live streaming events and web seminars for our colleagues worldwide. You can also help us with the organization, preparation and follow-up of events of this event-related activities (virtual, hybrid and also on site). In addition, you will perform tasks for the qualification program Logistics, such as the creation of learning videos and web-based trainings in consultation with internal clients: inside and in compliance with the Corporate Design Style Guides. This task is increasingly supported by AI and GenAI applications. The design and moderation of internal workshops and meetings complete your task profile.

Education: Studies in the field of corporate communication, communication design and management, media technology /-design, audio visuals and digital media (photo, film, video), eMarketing or comparable experience and know-how: in editorial and design fields; in recording technology, camera management or video production; with image and video editing software such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere / Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) and with common design tools (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop) Personality and work: you work independently, independently, conscientiously and reliably; you have affinity for creative methods and innovation; you like to communicate with different stakeholders and understand themes and connections quickly to understand them in words while you have a strong sense of matching sound Enthusiasm: image, film and text design are your thing and you have fun using new technologies such as AI and ChatGPT or working in an internationally oriented, interdisciplinary team Languages: very good German and English
