Creating fascinating: Your Tasks Full responsibility for supplier quality, from selection to serial service Qualification and evaluation of new suppliers (including potential analyses, supplier audits) and continuous performance control of existing suppliers based on defined quality indicators Preventive supplier development through quality planning Central technical fault management, including deviation approvals Collection and analysis of errors in the CAQ system (internal and at the supplier) Moderation of causes analyses and definition and monitoring of corrective actions Accompanying the initial sample checks at suppliers on site and releasing new purchase parts Cooperation in development projects (supplier integration in the AQAP process) to secure the quality of parts already in the development and start-up phase Coordination with customers, suppliers and internal departments on emergency and corrective measures Own-responsible evaluation of 8D reports of suppliers Developing and negotiating quality agreements with suppliers Moderation of complaint rounds and independent clarification of technical topics Definition, processing, testing and maintenance of quality assurance conditions in close coordination with internal process partners Cooperation on technical requirements with relevant stakeholders

Bringing strengths: your qualifications Successfully completed technical studies (Uni/FH) or a comparable qualification Completed additional training to the supplier auditor desirable Multiannual QM experience in industrial environment Experience in the defence industry of advantage Experience with common management standards, as well as defense-specific requirements from AQAP’s Embossed knowledge in manufacturing techniques and QM management tools (e.g. FMEA, Ishikawa, 8D method, Kaizen) Team skills as well as communication strength, as well as experience in customer and authorities contact (e.g. with Bundeswehr testers) Safe handling of MS Office and ideally ERP/CAQ systems[MB1.1]/MES Very good German and good English skills Use space: your advantages You take on an exciting key role in a challenging and future-relevant environment and actively contribute to the further development of structures, processes and solutions within Liebherr Defense Germany GmbH.
