Head of Building Systems Maintenance and Property & Grounds (m/f/d)

You are responsible for maintenance, testing, repair and maintenance work on domestic, industrial and building equipment. If deviations and disturbances occur, analyse their causes and initiate appropriate measures and optimizations. You allow cleaning, care and maintenance measures to be carried out on buildings and outdoor installations and monitor their professional execution. You identify vulnerabilities, identify their causes and implement targeted improvement measures. You contribute to the optimization of energy efficiency and the reduction of waste collection in the overall process. You work in the energy management team according to ISO 50001. You support construction measures such as new and remodeling, renovations or relocations professionally in planning and take over simple planning tasks themselves. You control projects and pursue compliance with the specified targets. You enter offers for your area of responsibility, compare them and evaluate them and check the technical execution. You create and schedule the same schedules.

Complete training, e.g. as a plant mechanic, heating and air conditioning technology with further training to the technician (heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology) or comparable qualification Multiannual practical experience in the field of work, in particular in the modernisation and automation of energy and building technology Proven qualifications in the field of fire protection (e.g. fire protection officer, Sprinklerwart/-in, etc.) and in energy and building technology Experience in leadership of employees with different qualifications Strong communication with internal and external partners Analytical thinking, pragmatic solution orientation and motivation to take responsibility and actively promote topics
