You will gain insight into our central human resources management with the key elements of organizational development, change and talent management You will support us in all tasks, such as the design, communication and implementation of institutions. As part of our trainee programme, you will be able to manage applicants, help with the planning and coordination of the programme modules and take care of the further development of the programme. For current projects, you are responsible for sub-tasks
