Within the framework of the project ''The successful and flexible study'' (DER FLOW) models are developed for a changed phase of study, which will accompany students in their technical orientation at an early stage, enable individual courses of study and support the social integration of students. As part of this innovative university project, you will jointly design future-oriented study structures and curricula with an interdisciplinary team. A focus of your activity is on the further development and support of already established agile teaching and learning formats at the Ostfalia in exchange with teachers and university graduates. Based on the Inspect & Adapt principle, you will also develop and test concrete proposals in close coordination with the stakeholders, how agile methods can be adapted and anchored to the specificities of the university.
