The Centre for Successful Teaching and Learning (ZeLL) at the campus Wolfenbüttel is looking for a Projektreferent*in agile Lehr und Studiengangsentwicklung (m/w/d) Compensation EC 13 TV-L Scope 29,85 hours/week Duration up to 31.12.2029 Start 01.2026 Location Wolfenbüttel With twelve faculties, about 10,000 students and 1,000 employees, Ostfalia is one of the largest universities in Lower Saxony. Within the framework of the project ''The successful and flexible study'' (DER FLOW) models are developed for a changed phase of study, which will accompany students in their technical orientation at an early stage, enable individual courses of study and support the social integration of students. As part of this innovative university project, you will jointly design future-oriented study structures and curricula with an interdisciplinary team. A focus of your activity is on the further development and support of already established agile teaching and learning formats at the Ostfalia in exchange with teachers and university graduates. Based on the Inspect & Adapt principle, you will also develop and test concrete proposals in close coordination with the stakeholders, how agile methods can be adapted and anchored to the specificities of the university. Tasks and objectives: (further) Development and didactic accompaniment of practical agile teaching-learning arrangements in exchange with teachers Development and introduction of an agile meeting structure with planning meetings, reviews and regular retrospectives Cooperation and coordination of concepts with stakeholders at the four university locations of the Ostfalia (project team, faculties, programme management and central services, university management) To develop and implement educational and organisational measures in the initial phase of study, to promote future skills and self-sponsored learning and work of students, thereby strengthening social integration Implementation of high-level training measures for apprentices and employees on agile teaching formats and agile work

completed master's degree (or comparable degree) in a relevant field (e.g. education / education, pedagogy, work and organizational psychology, social sciences, communication sciences or a comparable field) Experience in the development, implementation or accompaniment of innovative teaching-learning formats and proven knowledge of current didactic research Knowledge of organisational development and change management processes as well as experience in the implementation and implementation of agile methods and frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Design Thinking, Lego Serious Play, etc.), ideally in the university or teaching context Ability to design advanced development processes conceptually, organizationally and communicatively very good coordination, communication and consulting skills as well as the joy of cooperation with different stakeholders, interdisciplinary teams and bodies Certificates are desirable in agile methods (e.g. Scrum Master, Product Owner, Design Thinking Coach etc. If you have a foreign university degree, we would like to point out the need for a certificate assessment in the long term of the Central Office for Foreign Education:
