The Raw Materials and Chemical Industry (BG RCI) is part of the German social security system. We are a statutory accident insurance company and responsible for approximately 37,000 member companies in Germany, where about 1.6 million people work. We advise and support our member companies on all issues relating to occupational health and safety. In the event of an accident or occupational disease, we help insured persons with comprehensive treatment and rehabilitation and thus contribute to the best possible reintegration into working life and life in the Community. We are looking for a technical specialist (m/w/d) at the Langenhagen site for our internal services (DID) department.

to control, coordinate and monitor external service providers; to exercise, document and, where appropriate, to arrange necessary measures, Plan, coordinate, control and supervise construction and construction conservation measures as well as create related performance descriptions incl. a successfully completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering, sanitation, technical building management, building technology or comparable training and at least one year of professional experience, preferably in object-related facility management, knowledge of the legal basis in facility management, knowledge of operational safety, craftsmanship, physical loadability, reliable knowledge of German language in word and writing and good linguistic expressability, safe handling of standard systems of information and communication technology, an exceptional service orientation as well as organisational and planning strength, communication skills and a friendly and value-adding approach to the participants, even in difficult situations, the willingness to continue training, team and cooperation capability, Driving license class B.
