Project Manager Business Quote-to-Order (m/f/d)

Business management of the quota-to-order project within the S/4HANA program #oneSAPnow, as well as responsibility for achieving the defined project objectives in terms of dates, quality, costs and scope Responsible planning, control and monitoring of all project activities throughout the entire project life cycle, from the preparation phase to the go-live and the subsequent rollouts in close coordination with the IT project manager L2O Creation and maintenance of integrated project plans including milestone, resource, risk and action planning as well as ensuring transparent progress tracking Control and coordination of project-related activities in the fields of system implementation, data migration, test management, cutover planning, training and hypercare in close coordination with the IT project manager L2O Identification, assessment and active management of project risks, dependencies, target conflicts and escalations as well as development and follow-up of appropriate countermeasures Close cooperation with the Global Process Owner (GPO) L2O, business owners, key users, IT representatives and external implementation partners to ensure a timely and quality-oriented implementation of the defined requirements Coordination and professional leadership of interdisciplinary project teams within the workstream and ensuring efficient cooperation of all stakeholders Ensuring transparent and regular reporting to project sponsors and programme management and follow-up of approved actions Ensure coordination with adjacent workstreams within the #oneSAPnow program to ensure integrated implementation across the entire SAP system landscape Support for organisational change through communication, training and enablement measures to promote user acceptance and a successful introduction of the new solution

Successfully completed studies of Business Administration, Economic Engineering, Business Informatics or Comparative Qualification Multiannual experience in managing complex projects or subprojects, ideally in the context of ERP transformations and SAP introductions Funded knowledge of project management methods and experience in managing interdisciplinary and international project teams Good knowledge of SAP SD and/or SAP S/4HANA as well as the relationships between sales, supply and order processing processes Experience in planning and managing project scope, dates, resources, risks and budgets Embossed communication and moderation capabilities as well as experience in managing different stakeholders at specialist and management level Structured, analytical and result-oriented working methods and a high degree of self-initiative Safe occurrence, enforcement and ability to prepare and implement decisions within complex project structures flowing German and very good English knowledge in word and writing
