Senior Site Manager - Data Center Construction (m/f/d)

As a superstructure manager, you are responsible for the operational management of our complex construction projects across all plants and conduct project teams as well as entrepreneurs for the joint project success. You will ensure that all quality, safety and appointment requirements are complied with. Your tasks include: Total responsibility for the coordination of all works, work packages and construction site activities. Ensuring quality, safety and proper project documentation throughout the entire project period. Leadership and coordination of project teams, subcontractors and external project partners. Responsibility for scheduling, cost control, change management and progress monitoring. Control of project communication and support of successful project execution up to handover.

Complete vocational training or studies in construction, engineering or a comparable subject. Multiannual experience in the coordination and control of the various structures in complex construction projects - ideally in the area of data center. Experience in the leadership of project teams and cooperation with various project participants. Knowledge of construction processes and construction sites.
