Responsible disposition and control of full charter traffic in national and international long-distance traffic Control of external service partners taking into account costs, revenues and service quality Active price and margin tax due to the economic in- and sale of cargo Efficient touring and capacity planning in compliance with defined processes and quality standards Analysis and continuous optimization of the MRP numbers, e.g. utilisation, empty travel, margins Close coordination with customers, partners and internal interfaces for timely order processing Responsibility for complete administrative processing (order collection, documentation, break preparation)

Completed commercial training, ideally in the forwarding or comparable qualification Experience in the disposition of charter traffic or handling of freight carriers Structured and independent working with a pronounced organizational talent Strong sense of cost and revenue as well as decision-making in operational daily business Process-oriented thinking and safe handling of standardized processes Good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel Teamability, Communication Strength and Enforcement
