Commercial Employee - Data Management (m/f/d)

The digitalization of the insurance industry is our cutting-edge horse. We use different ways of data delivery, such as GDV, ZOE or BiPRO. In order to be able to process the deliveries even better and to further reduce the incident rate, we are looking for backup in the data management team. The team consists not only of colleagues with us in Lübeck, but is also supported by employees: within our Tallinn subsidiary.

Data Mastery: With data analysis in various systems (e.g. GDV, ZOE or BiPRO), you will always keep an overview.

Troubleshooting: If it's in the process, you're in place – you're working on troubles efficiently and solution-oriented.

Process optimization: You do not only manage the status quo, but you actively improve our processes in the event management.

Customer Support: By ticket system you are the competent contact point for the concerns of our customers.

Background: You have successfully completed a commercial training.

Tech Mindset: New software tools are not a hurdle for you, but an invitation. You work quickly and confidently in technical programs.

Consistency: You have stamina in routine tasks and never lose sight of detail even in recurring processes.
