In your role as Team Lead Quality Cable Systems (m/w/d), you take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of the Project Quality Management team and control the implementation of project requirements in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. Other tasks are: You conduct and coordinate interdisciplinary teams and ensure that all necessary resources are available for project work – both for HVDC and AC Onshore and installations. You develop and optimize quality-relevant processes and methods across all project phases – from the tender phase to the execution phase – and ensure their sustainable implementation.
