In your role as Team Lead Quality Cable Systems (m/w/d), you take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of the Project Quality Management team and control the implementation of project requirements in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. Other tasks are: You conduct and coordinate interdisciplinary teams and ensure that all necessary resources are available for project work – both for HVDC and AC Onshore and installations. You develop and optimize quality-relevant processes and methods across all project phases – from the tender phase to the execution phase – and ensure their sustainable implementation. You identify and tax risks, develop solution strategies and implement measures to continuously improve quality, especially in dealing with NCRs. You plan and conduct quality assurance measures and audits, monitor their effectiveness and ensure compliance with applicable standards and standards. For transparent quality documentation, analysis and reporting, you’ll create reports and trend evaluations for management and conduct optimization potentials. You set annual target agreements and promote the further development of your team by specifically planning training needs and using qualification matrixes.

Multiannual leadership experience in the disciplinary and professional management of teams. Funded knowledge in project and process management, in particular in the planning, control and implementation of quality processes incl. Inclusion of sustainability requirements. Experience in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders as well as in the management of resources for large-scale projects (e.g. HVDC, AC Onshore, installations). Analytical and strategic capabilities for identifying risks, developing solution strategies and continuous quality improvements (including NCR management). Professional handling of relevant standards and standards in quality management as well as experience in conducting audits and quality assurance measures. Comprehensive communication and reporting capabilities to ensure transparent quality documentation and support sound management decisions. German and fluent knowledge of English.
