Project Manager Product Development FMCG (m/f/d)

As Product Development Manager (m/w/d), you are directly involved in the development of new products and actively shape the implementation of innovative veggie and vegetable projects: Responsibility: You take responsibility for the development and implementation of new veggie and vegetable products from conception to initial production. Experiments & Tests: Laboratory and plant experiments directly in the factory hall are accompanied by you and you are responsible for the practical implementation of the projects in the R&D team. Coordination & Cooperation: You work closely with packaging, production and international R&D teams to successfully advance innovative ideas. Analysis & Documentation: You will test test results, take action and launch all necessary documentation and reports. Coordinates internal and external partners and works according to R&D standards.

Complete studies in food technology or comparable training 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in the FMCG area/food development Experience in planning, carrying out and evaluating experiments as well as knowledge in food raw materials, processes and product design Very good German (min. C1) and English (min. B2)
