Commis de Cuisine Pre-Opening (m/f/d)

As a Commis de Cuisine, you are a central support in our kitchen team and actively contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen. You help prepare delicious dishes and make sure that the kitchen is always organized and clean. You support the kitchen team in preparing food and help to optimize the workflow in the kitchen. You take tasks like cutting, preparing and dressing ingredients and make sure that all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality. You are responsible for the care and cleanliness of your workstation and pay attention to proper storage of food. You support the cook in the preparation of the dishes and make sure that all requirements regarding food preparation and presentation are complied with. You contribute to ensuring that the kitchen remains efficient and organized, and help to make the daily operation smooth. You pay attention to compliance with hygiene rules and care for safety in the kitchen.

You have ideally gained a completed training in the field of gastronomy or first practical experience in the kitchen. You have a good understanding of the preparation of food and a sense of order and cleanliness. You like working in the team and are motivated to learn new skills and develop yourself. You are stressful and keep a clear head even in stressful situations. You have an eye for details and strive to always deliver the best results.
