With you as a disponent*in (w/m/d) the threads run together! You plan and organize dates for customers and colleagues and always keep an overview. Yours? Come to the team!

You coordinate the operations of our interdisciplinary teams with customers and implement the annual deployment planning independently. You take the appointment organization and route planning. You accept customer requests, guide them further and ensure a smooth flow of information between the areas. You check and keep the status of order filling in mind and document it. You're planning on investigating in our occupational medical centers.

Completed commercial training and experience as a disponent in the service industry Quick conception and joy in telephoneing and dealing with people, enforcing ability and a suitable communication behavior High customer orientation, organisational skills, always solution-oriented action, ability to calm in unforeseen situations and to act in stressful situations Ability to prioritize and thus effectively shape work Very good German knowledge in word and writing combined with excellent expressiveness MS Office Knowledge
