You play a central role in the migration and further development of our HR system landscape and are responsible for managing and configuring the SAP SuccessFactors Modules You analyze HR requirements, translate them into technical specifications and implement them together with the relevant interfaces in the system You drive forward the strategic development of our HR system, follow up current HR-Tech trends and implement new functionalities, change requests and rollouts As a central interface, you will ensure effective stakeholder management between HR, IT/SAP and Works Council to ensure smooth data flow and stable processes You qualify internal SuccessFactors consultants and users, perform training and create understandable documentation for optimal system usage
Complete study of (economic) informatics, economics with IT focus or comparable qualification At least 5 years of professional experience in SAP, HR Tech, Inhouse Consulting or SAP SuccessFactors SAP SuccessFactors certification and well-founded experience in project management, process management and system migration Very good German knowledge (C2) and English knowledge (C1) in word and writing Analytical and holistic way of thinking with pronounced problem-solving competence High reliability and conscientiousness as well as a structured operation Strong communication skills – both in listening and clear communication of complex content Design power and initiative to actively develop HR systems and processes
