Own-responsible takeover of the legal responsibility for a business or technology sector Consultation of development in questions on all matters relating to protection and inventiveness elaboration, submission and enforcement of protection declarations, including the exercise of the necessary official procedures or the preparation of these procedures with the correspondence lawyers responsible for representation examination of the results of development with regard to the existence of protective invention ideas and the risk of breach of third party rights; Deduction of measures and proposals for decisions Implementation or assignment of thematic intellectual property research and evaluation of the search results Implementation of opposition matters against disturbing foreign rights and consultation of the development departments in the circumvention of such rights, including the defence of attacks by third parties against Brose rights Processing of legal aspects of development, cooperation and licensing agreements

Technical studies, as an alternative a subject-specific training and multi-year professional experience in the relevant environment Qualification as an authorised representative before the European Patent Office and/or as a patent holder (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in patents (e.g. in an industrial patent department or in a patent attorney law firm) Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing
