Own manager of your store: You are responsible for your KPI's and budgets as well as customer service Motivation, potential recognition and further development of your entire shop team Creation of personnel deployment planning and holiday planning You are a model in sales and offer every customer excellent customer service Goods management: independent reorders and inspection of deliveries Safe application of our goods industry – and cash register system, including the daily accounts and the annual inventory Implementation and adherence to the corporate requirements and brands guidelines Organization and implementation of Shop Events

Complete training as a merchant in retail or comparable customer-oriented training/studies Founded professional and leadership experience in trade, ideally in the premium segment with economic indicators Communicative personality that motivates and develops your team through your positive appearance and commitment Experience in the sale of brand products A high affinity for products of modern kitchen and a well maintained appearance are of course for you Joy in dealing with people and high service orientation You communicate in German, additional knowledge in English or another language are welcome
