Sales Assistant - Customer Service (m/w/d) Rostock These are your tasks in our team • Customer contact: Telephone customer contact to existing customers and strategic acquisition of new customers in the B2B sector • Coordination: Plan and organize appointments to optimally support our external sales service and improve operations in the branch • Administration: Co-ordinating and organising project coordination talks with customers using tools such as MS Teams, care relevant customer databases and document sales activities • Offers: Create and follow written offers in consultation with the team, e.g. with MS Word • Collaboration: Work closely with your colleagues in sales and recruiting and support efficiency and speed in our sales processes
