The Asklepios Clinic Lindau is an acute hospital of basic and regular care with 125 flatbeds. We provide approx. 400 employees, 6,700 stationary and 11,000 outpatient patients:inside. We have a public service mission and as a hospital in the county we take a central role in the medical treatment and care of the population as well as the guests of the holiday region on Lake Constance. Our modernly equipped clinic has departments Orthopaedics & Trauma Surgery, Spine Surgery, Internal Medicine with Acutgeriatrics, Gynaecology & Obstetrics, General Surgery with Urology, HNO as well as Anesthesia & Intensive Medicine. We are the first certified endoprosthetic center on Lake Constance. Our medicine and training is characterized by the most modern methods and techniques.

We are looking for you as soon as possible Quality Manager (m/d) in full or part-time

Participation in projects focusing on process management and Process improvement in the clinical environment Implementation of internal audits and quality circles Planning, control and control of quality and risk management processes Analysis of the results of implemented processes and derivation and implementation of necessary control measures, for example in the form of method instructions Further development of procedures for quality and risk management and for the central project management of the clinic Coordination of all measures and instruments of quality management such as the preparation of process descriptions of the specialist departments and associated document steering in Roxtra, internal audits and external certifications

You have completed training and/or completed studies in healthcare Ideally, you have a further education in quality management You have professional experience in practical hospital operation You have team spirit, resilience, motivation and commitment as well as a friendly and safe occurrence You will be happy to face new challenges in a dynamic hospital environment and continuously develop your area of responsibility as part of structured and independent project work
