Responsibility We are looking for a qualified specialist with experience in IT service management. They take over the leadership of the IT service team at the Memmingen, Günzburg and Augsburg sites and are responsible for networking and integration of the sites. In addition, you design the harmonisation and continuous development of the IT processes. They are actively involved in the operational IT service, including support for SB and terminal equipment, rollouts and removals. They are responsible for first-level support and problem management to ensure a fast and effective solution of IT problems. Confidentiality They contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of IT services and ensure efficient cooperation between teams at different locations. With your leadership and expertise, you ensure a high quality of IT infrastructure and processes.

Education You have successfully completed a completed training in the field of banking and/or IT training as well as a further qualification, for example for the (Sparkassen-)operator (m/w/d). Alternatively, you have a relevant university degree. Experience They bring well-founded experiences in the IT sector and have already worked successfully in dynamic and demanding environments.
