Tasks

You give children and adolescents, as well as their guardians, and help them strengthen their resources for a successful return. For up to two children/young people, you take over the reference service and awaken their competences for relationship design and everyday management – away from the group service, controlled by yourself and individually between you and your reference client. You plan and accompany free-time educational offers and holidays, but also take over crisis intervention sovereignly. You are contacting youth offices and legal representatives and may accompany you. Help plan procedures. With schools, training companies and doctors, you draw on a string to enable the small people entrusted to you to develop their potential. You take contact with the social environment of children and young people as well as family work.

What we expect You have successfully completed a training as an educator and ideally have some years of experience in stationary family assistance. You have a positive attitude to work with clients in problematic situations of life. You bring experience in individual case work (help planning) and group work. In addition to your good knowledge of binding work, you have a collapsing set of methods that support your high educational claim in work on the child. You are with a lot of empathy in your heart job and are professionally involved with the space between proximity and distance. At the same time, you can consistently enforce yourself. You find teamwork great, like to actively shape everyday work and reflect your behavior to grow as a human being. You are flexible and creative in dealing with "special" situations. You show self-employment, reliability and vision. You're super with shift service and you have a class B license.
