Our Kita in Billstedt welcomes families of different cultures. We offer a place of encounter and exchange. Whether in water pumping, hanging on the climbing pine and at an airy height on our giant outdoor movement site.

The rooms in our kitas are creative and learning landscapes for children. The concept of open pedagogy of mindfulness corresponds to our approaches to the development of children. Self-perception, self-determination, self-confidence and self-responsibility are the focus.

Your perspectives – Our tasks

• They are empathic in the handling of children who have a special need for support and integrate them patiently into their kita everyday life.
• They accompany and assist 1:1 a child with special needs and support his personal development.
• They support our team with 30-39 hours a week.
