In the SOS Children's Village of Worpswede, we are looking for a social pedagogue (m/w/d) for our social education community in an indefinite job, full-time (38,5 h/w) Your task: The social pedagogical community is a service for six children/young people (female and male) from 4 years onwards, with whom we work in a binding and resource-oriented manner. Our goal is to offer young people a home where they feel secure and accepted with their special needs. With our professional team, we provide a supportive everyday life for young people and support them individually in their development.- Development promotion and support of children and young people in the housing group - reference support including development companions - reporting and documentation - individual education and support planning according to the quality requirements of the SOS Children's Village Association - active participation in the institution's internal bodies - cooperation with the management and the interfaces in the parents' administration Your skills and skills:- You are a social pedagogue or have a comparable qualification.- Pre-experiences in the field of child and youth assistance are desirable. You are characterized by reflectivity, stamina and reliability in order to create professional proximity to children insecure to bond and to impart stability to them. You have a well-founded expertise and at the same time brings together the desire for continuous personal and professional development in order to create a strengthening and promoting environment for the children together with the team.
