Specialist Strategic Workforce Planning (m/f/d)

You develop and establish Strategic Workforce Planning as a company-wide, continuous control process. You translate company and sector strategies into concrete workforce and skill requirements. You define methods, processes, KPIs and governance structures for a sustainable SWP-Operating Model. You continuously develop the existing SWP concept based on the previous pilot results. In cooperation with executives and HR Business Partner, you develop strategic business requirements for personnel, competence and You moderate workshops and planning formats with specialist departments and management teams and ensure the preparation and preparation You can use Workforce Planning independently and make data-based decisions. Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, business management, human resources management, organisational development, economic psychology or comparable. Multiannual professional experience in at least one of the following areas: Strategic HR, HR Business Partnering, HR/Personal Controlling, Organisational Development and/or Workforce Planning Embossed analytical and conceptual skills. Experience in working with data, key figures and reporting systems.
