Human Resources Administrator – Focus on Payroll Accounting (m/w/d)

Our mission: to make Sana sustainable with the development and introduction of digital HR products and processes and to support the Group's HR teams in their demanding tasks. Our focus is on the pay and salary accounting of the entire group and the digitization of workflow-based personal processes. In addition, we are contact persons for the area of recruiting & human resources management as well as employee transfer, staff placement and personnel consulting within and outside the Sana Group.

Implementation of the proper pay and salary bill taking into account the statutory and collective provisions, regulations and internal instructions Supporting a defined group of employees in all personal business matters You are contact for all the concerns of our employees, from staff entry to exit clarification and accompaniment of individual concerns of our employees on various HR topics (such as parental time, mobile work, requests) as well as the forwarding of individual concerns with a high degree of specialization to our competence centers

You have a completed commercial training and you already have first experience in a similar field of activity, ideal in hospital and/or service The diverse activities in personal care are very familiar to you and you feel at home in the billing of charges Ideally, you bring knowledge of SAP, Oracle and Loga, or you are determined to acquire them You have fluent knowledge of German in word and writing and you do not hesitate to look for exchange with employees and colleagues A high degree of discretion, proactivity and service orientation round off your profile
