Own calculation of offers for projects in the field of security, speech alarm and media technology as well as pro-audio Processing and evaluation of performance directories and customer requests Creation of technical and commercial supply bases in coordination with sales and technology Maintenance and updating of price and master data in internal systems Price negotiations and coordination with suppliers and manufacturers Collection, comparison and evaluation of offers of external partners and suppliers Processing of complaints and support of the commission of goods in representation Communication with customers, suppliers and internal specialist departments Support in the further development of costing bases and standard processes Participation in optimizing purchasing and procurement processes Maintenance and updating of project-related data in the CRM and ERP environment Support for project and sales management in technical clarifications

Completed commercial training and many years of professional experience in the field of low voltage or KFZ electronics Professional experience in security, communication or media technology desirable Basic understanding for electrical systems (in particular low voltage) Basic knowledge of how to use CRM or ERP systems Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Embossed numerical understanding and analytical thinking Self-employed, structured and careful working Loadability and stress resistance, even in parallel supply processes and tight deadlines Customer-oriented appearance and communication strength Good knowledge of German in word and writing Team skills and joy in cross-departmental cooperation between technology, purchasing and sales
