Education: Successfully completed a degree in computer science, business informatics, or similar education and training Experience: Several years of relevant leadership experience, especially in the context of agile software development teams (SAFe preferred) Technical skills: Knowledge of development methods and software architecture, esp. for the SAP Platform (SAP FI, FS-RI, FS-CD, RISE, BTP preferred) Leadership skills: Strong leadership personality focused on collaboration, mentoring, and empowerment Communication skills: Well-developed communication and conflict management skills Language skills: Excellent German and English language skills (C1 level) We know that nobody is perfect and not all career paths are not.
