The privately owned building industry and civil engineering (EGH) plans, implements, operates and develops the urban buildings of the city of Oldenburg. As a municipal builder, EGH is responsible for new, re- and expansion buildings and the sustainable development of the existing portfolio – including schools, daycare facilities, sports, culture, fire and administration buildings. Resource-friendly, energy-efficient and climate-friendly building and maintenance is an integral part of our project and quality standards. Technical building equipment, economic control and sustainability criteria are thought-out and professionally implemented. The EGH is an active designer of a sustainable municipal building culture. Our site in the “Alten Fleiwa”, a historical industrial area in Oldenburg with listed architecture, is a symbol of our ambition: to evaluate, develop and transform existing and future-oriented. For the strategic and operational management of the “Technical Object Management” area, we are looking for an experienced management personality that combines technical excellence with sustainable standards and develops our technical infrastructure responsibly in the municipal environment. The “Technical Object Management” area ensures the functionality, safety and energy efficiency of the technical installations throughout the entire cycle of use. The focus is on sustainable management, the maintenance strategy and the economic optimization of the technical infrastructure. Technical and disciplinary management of the “Technical Object Management” area with personnel responsibility for 13 employees (service and specialist supervision) Task and personnel deployment planning and further development of efficient organisational structures Ensuring technical sustainability criteria (energy efficiency, renewable energy, climate-friendly construction) Responsibility for cost, timing, contract and quality control of maintenance measures Examination of planning documents, awards and invoices as part of maintenance, maintenance and modernisation measures Coordination of operational monitoring of technical installations and facilities Coordination with operational and department management, service providers, specialist offices, external planning offices and exporting companies
