The BBR is a federal authority in the department of the Federal Ministry of Housing, Urban Development and Building (BMWSB). The main tasks are the implementation of construction measures by the Federal Government, in particular for the constitutional bodies and for the ministries in Berlin, Bonn and abroad as well as for the cultural structures of the Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz in Berlin. The BA II 3 Unit is responsible for the project management of construction projects on the Rochusstraße campus. The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) develops the campus into a modern, energy-efficient and sustainable location for the federal ministries. Preparation, implementation and refurbishment of construction projects, in particular defining project objectives, organisation, technical standards and cost control Takeover of the technical advice of users and policy makers as well as coordination with the authorising institutions, test engineers and experts Compilation of performance and contracts for remuneration and implementation of contract negotiations and award procedures by VgV Guidance, coordination and monitoring of the services of freelance workers with a view to the specified time, cost and quality requirements of the construction measures Examination and assessment of cost estimates, building, planning and tendering sub-assemblies, proposals for awards and commissioning in accordance with VOB or local law Takeover of project management Development of technical opinions

Expected: completed university or bachelor studies in the fields of architecture or civil engineering (construction) or a comparable degree What we need: many years of professional experience (min. 3 years) as well as extensive expertise in the planning and execution of design demanding and technically complex construction tasks Expertise in the performance phases of HOAI as well as in the building order law Project management skills negotiation skills in handling clients and contractors the ability to cross-disciplinary, collegial cooperation a high level of sense of responsibility, social competence and empathy, as well as an eager appearance and convincing expressive and communication skills Experience in the handling of public works (country, municipality or federal) If necessary, successful passage of a security check to “Ü 2” in accordance with the German Federal Security Review Act (SÜG) following a successful selection procedure Further knowledge (e.g. RBBau, VHB) is provided in a professional context.

An adjustment is made in the pay group 12 TVöD Bund, as far as the personal requirements are met. Up to the fulfillment of the personal requirements (including the long-term practical experience of the profession), only a grouping according to the pay group 11 TVöD is possible. After that, a height-growth is automatically grouped according to pay group 12 TVöD Bund. We would like to point out that, during the test period of a maximum of six months, the service is only temporarily transferred. A levelling is not carried out in this phase.
