• An attractive monthly wage between €2800 - €4200, which honors your valuable educational work as an educator (m/w/d)

That makes you

• You have successfully completed a state-recognized training as an educator (m/w/d), Social Education Assistant (m/w/d) Heilerzieher (m/w/d), Social Education (m/w/d) or Diplompädagoge (m/w/d) or a Bachelor/Master degree in Social Work
• Ideally, you have experiences in the crib area or elementary area, but you are also welcome as a professional beginner.
• Your team capacity allows you to work effectively with colleagues and other professionals
• In challenging situations, you keep the rest and show usability
• You not only have fun in challenges, but also the motivation to master them and grow them personally.
• Continuous training and active exchange with colleagues are of course and of great interest to you
• Your motivation lies in shaping an exciting and inspiring everyday life and working in a pedagogical profession in the long term.

• You shape your daily work based on the situation approach and take into account the individual needs of the children
• You support the development of rituals and structures during the day to provide children with safety and orientation
• Together with the children you shape the daily routine and take into account their individual development needs
• You work independently in the field of care, education and promotion of children in our institution
• You have the opportunity to develop and actively participate in our pedagogical concept
• The open and sovereign communication with the parents is of course for you, and you encourage partnership with them.
