Projektmanager (m/w/d):

• The central collection of incoming customer complaints
• Contact person to customers (m/w/d) and internally to the departments
• Structured analysis and processing of customer complaints using common quality methods such as 8D report, the Ishikawa diagrams 5-Why technique
• Defining emergency measures, corrective and preventive measures together with the subject areas
• Monitoring the timely implementation of measures and effectiveness control
• Measurement and analysis of quality indicators
