Technical and organizational management of our team directly at our new farm Active cooperation in craft activities: ▸ drywall ▸ Installation of windows & doors ▸ laying of floors (PVC, linoleum) ▸ smaller sheet metal works Planning, coordination and monitoring of work processes on site Ensure quality, appointments and work safety Contact for team members and management

Complete craft training or multi-year practical experience in construction/assembly Experience as team leader desirable Organizational, Responsibility and Enforcement Flexibility and improvisation talent Eastern European language skills (e.g. Polish, Romanian, Bulgarian) of advantage driving licence class B desirable
