In this role, you take a central professional role within our receivable management. At the interface between team management and cash collection team, you are interested in transparency, quality and consistent implementation of our process standards. With data-based analyses and targeted optimization measures, you contribute to achieving efficiency potentials and establishing sustainable improvements in the operating daily business.

Your tasks Ensuring and continuous development of cash collection processes and standards Analysis of process quality, efficiency, vulnerabilities and process gaps including root cause analyses and concrete action plans Development of appropriate collection strategies for complex and care-intensive customers Creation and analysis of relevant reports, KPIs and quality indicators for identifying action fields Technical support of team management in operational, qualitative and process-related issues Promoting standardization, harmonisation and continuous process optimization Identification and Implementation of Automation, Digitization and AI Potentials for Sustainable Efficiency Enhancement Accompanying new and optimized processes and ensuring their sustainable anchoring in operational day-to-day business

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification, ideally focusing on finance / accounting Found professional experience in receivable management / Cash Collection / Accounts Receivable Very good understanding of operating cash collection processes, standards and quality requirements Embossed analytical skills and experience in root-cause analyses and deriving concrete measures Safe handling of KPIs, reports and larger amounts of data as well as ability to derive fields of action and optimization potentials High process and quality awareness with a clear view for efficiency, process gaps and sustainable improvements Experience in dealing with complex or care-intensive customers and receivable situations Interest in automation, digitalization and AI as well as the ability to identify corresponding optimization potentials in everyday work Impressed communication and interface competence as well as sovereign cooperation with team, team management and relevant stakeholders Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working with a high self-initiative Safe German and English in Word and Writing
