In this function, you combine the processing of complex legal issues with the strategic transformation of our company and the legal department through legal technology and AI solutions at national and international level. Tasks Self-supporting all legal matters arising in an international IT group, focusing on commercial matters. Legal support of projects, product developments and introductions, as well as the implementation of legal requirements of a wide variety of ways. Strategic advice on all legal aspects related to the use of AI and AI governance. Examination, design and negotiation of contracts in German and English. Identification of legal processes suitable for automation with the help of Legal Tech and AI as well as briefing and implementation of such solutions. Qualifications For this exposed position, you have a completed legal training with two State Examina and brings at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in an international environment. Generalist thinking with structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented thinking and action. Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to anchor economically viable legal solutions at all levels of organisation. Outstanding communication and negotiation capabilities on Executive level as well as experience in the moderation of target conflicts. High level of self-initiative, readiness for responsibility and enforcement. German and English knowledge in word and writing. Ideally experience in mentoring less experienced team members.
