Monitoring and operation of building control technology (GLT) and related technical installations Consumption, evaluation and prioritization of interference and alarm messages Introduction of first measures to eliminate disturbances Coordination and forwarding of faults to competent specialist organisations Contact person for internal employees and external service providers/remote companies during the shift Implementation of technical installations and building tours Processing and documentation of operations in the CAFM/Ticket system Complete documentation and structured transfer of relevant information to subsequent layers Supporting craft activities (e.g. minor repairs, Mondays) depending on the qualification and object
