Optimize and further develop processes: You continuously develop, analyze and improve internal processes in the field of international markets in order to increase efficiency and scalability in different regions. Data-based decisions enable you to prepare business intelligence data and analyze them to support sound strategic decisions and develop the quality of customer support. Promoting Business Development: You are actively involved in international growth initiatives, in particular focusing on the LATAM region. Promoting cross-departmental innovation: You work closely with different disciplines, identify potential for improvement and drive innovative solutions in the company. Globally manage international projects: You coordinate and pursue projects in the field of international markets from planning to implementation and ensure a timely and high-quality implementation. Ensure frictionless communication: You ensure efficient information flow between the headquarters, cross-departmental teams and international partners in around 20 markets. Actively support leadership: You work closely with the PI&I team leader and support both operationally and strategically in day-to-day business as well as important initiatives. Coordinate international product and marketing activities: You accompany product registrations and agree closely with marketing and medical marketing teams in different countries. Optimize portfolio: You support portfolio rationalization measures to sustainably strengthen market positioning and efficiency

You have a completed degree (e.g. BWL) or a comparable qualification and have already gained relevant experience in a similar, ideally international role Project management and the optimization of processes are familiar to you – you like to think in solutions and drive topics actively Figures, relationships and data analyses are easy for you, and you can also keep an overview of more complex topics You work structured, independent and with a high level of implementation – stay tuned and bring topics to your destination Communication is one of your strengths: You coordinate safely between different stakeholders, including in the international environment You bring an international mindset and a good sense of cultural differences with In dealing with MS Office, SAP and common collaboration tools, you are routined You communicate in German and English; Spanish or other foreign language skills are a plus Ideally, you are interested in baby food products
