ServiceNow Platform Architect (m/f/d)

Ownership of the long-term ServiceNow-platform roadmap: Through your strategic orientation, you secure the stable operation as well as the scalability, performance and security of the platform and continuously take into account new ServiceNow releases and product developments. architectural responsibility for customizations and integrations: With your overall architectural view, you ensure consistent extensions, robust integrations and a consistent security and access control model. Building and further development of a governance model: Through your clear definition of roles, processes, standards and decision structures, you create transparency, liability and sustainable taxability of the platform. Conception and control of CI/CD and release management processes: Based on your expertise, you will establish efficient CI/CD pipelines with repository integration, automated deployments and a structured release management for quality assurance. Promotion of automation and platform adoption: In close cooperation with relevant stakeholders, you identify optimization potentials, drive process digitization and initiate targeted measures to further develop platform usage.

Complete study in the IT field or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the architecture and development of ServiceNow or comparable enterprise platforms as well as understanding of complex service-oriented IT landscapes Experience in the implementation, integration or further development of platform solutions in larger organisations Knowledge of modern platform architectures, in particular in areas such as data models, development (e.g. JavaScript-based platform logic, low-code/workflow tools), security, CI/CD and system integrations Deep understanding of role and authorization concepts, security architectures and compliance requirements Embossed competence in integration technologies, in particular REST and SOAP-based interfaces, as well as middleware or integration platforms High communication strength, dialogue orientation and persuasiveness Very good knowledge of German and English
