As a Sparring Person and Adviser:includes a wide range of issues in the accounting and reporting environment, transferring HGB to IFRS or to new accounting standards.

Implement Global Accounting Standards - Help our interdisciplinary teams introduce international accounting principles (IFRS and US GAAP), corporate transactions (e.g. carve-outs) and conversion services.

Manage complex issues - You actively participate in consulting on complex issues relating to national and international accounting, advise on enforcement procedures and support our client: both within the framework of and in preparation for the audit (Audit Readiness).

Annual and consolidated financial statements - Support for the creation of annual and consolidated financial statements is also part of your area of responsibility.

Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, in particular focusing on international accounting, auditing or business informatics.

First practical experience through internships or work students ideally in the area of Accounting / Accounting, Finance, IPO, Capital Market, Accounting, Controlling or similar areas.

In addition to your basic technical knowledge in Accounting, you have a quality awareness and a high level of willingness to learn.

Language skills and international cooperation - You can control German at least on C1 level, bring knowledge of English (C2) with you and want an international working environment.
