You are part of the Project Management Team of the Nord/Ost Region Self-implementation of Capex Works projects (request, check, negotiate, control and acceptance) Support for complex projects Contribution to the annual budgeting of the Capex Works Measures Sales and Operations Manager support for technical issues Processing of special projects such as tenders, smart metering, e-store columns, CAFM, natural meadows, etc. Springer function: temporary use in holiday and absence on other properties of the region (rental area transfers, post-processing, tenant correspondence, audit) Project management and close cooperation with internal departments such as project development (development team) and operating costs team

You bring experience from the real estate industry with and/or in the care of technical service providers First project experiences of advantage German language skills in word and writing Multiannual experience in a technical or craft profession Own responsibility and ambition are your strengths Home Berlin/Potsdam and surroundings
