Spezialist Payroll (m/f/d)

You manage the occupational pension and coordinate cooperation with external partners. You act as contact persons for internal and external questions on pay billing, wage tax, social security and occupational pensions. You check and maintain personal master data as well as time economic data in the HCM master data, accounting and time management system and conduct plausibility checks to ensure data quality. You support the preparation of actuarial reports and prepare certificates, evaluations and statistics. You carry out monthly and annual accounts and account clarifications. You work closely with other departments, external service providers and authorities. You accompany and support wage tax outside, social security operations and audits. You work in projects for the further development of pay billing processes, including process optimization, implementation of new system solutions and digitalization.

You have a commercial training with a corresponding additional qualification or an economic study. You bring well-founded and multi-year experience in the billing of charges. You have very good knowledge of pay tax and social security law. You have extensive knowledge of a common accounting system and project experience in the area of pay billing, as well as knowledge of occupational pensions would be desirable. You are safe in handling MS Office, especially Excel. You have good English skills and strong analytical skills.
