The Lambertz Group is one of the major suppliers of the confectionery industry and, with its wide range, covers many segments of seasonal products (Aachener Printen, Nürnberger Lebkuchen, Dresdner Stollen), annual bags, organic bags and cakes to chocolates. In many of these segments, Lambertz is the market leader. The group includes a number of well-known historical brands such as Weiss Lebkuchen, Haeberlein-Metzger, Kinkartz and Dr. Quendt Dresden. The Group is internationally established and produces at eight locations in Germany and Poland. Lambertz was awarded several times as “Superbrands Germany”. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced project manager technology that leads and drives our technical projects at the various locations of the Lambertz Group.

Technical project management with responsibility for the planning, implementation and monitoring of complex technical projects in terms of budgeting, time and resource management Management of project management including the definition of project objectives, the creation of project plans and risk management Establishment and leadership of a central project management team for technical projects at all locations of the Lambertz Group Effective coordination and cooperation with different locations to achieve project objectives Leadership and support of local project teams, as well as training and training of employees Ensuring the quality of project components according to internal standards and external regulations and performing regular reviews and audits to identify improvements Creation of technical drawings and constructions as well as responsibility for compliance with the highest standards and legal requirements Observing market trends and technological developments in the confectionery industry/food production to identify future innovation potentials

Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, process engineering, food technology or a similar field, as an alternative a successfully completed technical training with further training as a technician (m/w/d) or industrial master (m/w/d) Multiannual experience in conducting technical projects, in particular with a high investment volume, preferably in the food or confectionery industry Funded knowledge of project management methods (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2) and experience with agile approaches to efficiently manage projects Safe handling of CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks) to create and review technical drawings Experience in the field of automation and packaging technology is advantageous German and English knowledge in word and writing Outstanding analytical skills, problem-solving orientation and innovation spirit Readiness to travel to the various locations of the Lambertz Group
